Our note. Applications can be drafted from 8 July 2026, submitted from 22 July at 10:00 (first come, first served: order of arrival matters), closing 8 September at 13:00 unless funds run out. +€250 for companies with a legality rating or gender-equality certification. Application is online via the ReStart platform with digital signature and SPID/CNS/CIE. The water project (IoT dispensers + consumption monitoring) is framed within “digital systems for sustainability”: we build it and prepare the dossier with you. Final eligibility is decided by the Chamber of Commerce.

Circular economy and waste reduction grants

Regional To be verified / periodic

The Region periodically publishes grants on circular economy, prevention and reduction of waste and packaging, with bonuses for reducing plastic and for environmental certifications.

Our note. This is the regional framework for reducing waste and plastic. Note: the regional funds open in 2026 (ATERSIR) are for municipalities; the grant dedicated to businesses (FESR circular economy) is periodic and not always open. We check together the window active for companies and whether your water project is eligible.

Reducing single-use plastic — food-service sector

Regional · FVG Check the edition

A grant for food-service micro-enterprises to reduce single-use plastic, which funds — among other items — the purchase and installation of water dispensers, reusable bottles and tableware.

Our note. The most direct example of a grant that funds dispensers specifically: purchase and installation at 65% up to €1,000 per site (food-service micro-enterprises in Friuli-Venezia Giulia). The edition varies year to year: we check the current one. Useful as a reference for the type of intervention funded elsewhere too.

Transizione 5.0 Plan / Hyper-depreciation 2026

National Active

Supports investments in digital capital goods that reduce energy consumption. From 2026 it works as hyper-depreciation (an increase in the deductible cost), within the 2026-2028 horizon.

Our note. Of interest when the water project is part of a larger investment with demonstrable energy savings (at least 3% of consumption). Dispensers alone rarely reach the threshold: it must be assessed case by case with your accountant. We keep it on the table for more structured projects.

What companies ask us

Are the dispensers always among the eligible costs?
It depends on the specific grant: some fund dispensers and equipment to reduce plastic directly, others go through technologies and digital services for sustainability. During the quote we define the project scope; final eligibility is assessed by the body issuing the grant.
How much can I get?
It varies from grant to grant: from non-repayable contributions (often 50% of the cost, with caps) to tax reliefs such as national hyper-depreciation. In the quote we point you to the most convenient option for your situation.
Who actually submits the application?
The application is filed online on the body’s platforms (for example ReStart for chamber grants) with a digital signature and SPID/CNS/CIE identity. We prepare the full technical dossier and support you and your accountant with the submission.
Do I have to pay anything for the quote and the documentation?
No. The survey, the quote and the preparation of the technical documentation for the grant are free and with no obligation. You pay for the supply only if you decide to go ahead.
Do I need my site in a specific area?
Many grants are local or regional and require a registered or operating office in the body’s territory. We check your case and, if the grant for your area is closed, we look for regional or national alternatives.
