In a bar the number one constraint is not output: it is space on the counter. So the right question is not “how much water” but “where do I put it”.

One thing worth saying: this is a system for drinking water. It does not replace water treatment for the coffee machine, which is a separate system with different requirements. If you need that too, we discuss it during the survey.

High-capacity WAHU! systems, available for sale or rental, that connect to the existing mains supply while taking up very little space. Filtration at 0.5 micron (microfiltration) or 0.15 micron (ultrafiltration). Installation and maintenance handled by Gruppo IM Maioli Impianti, in the sector for over 50 years.
The machine stays ours. The fee includes installation, scheduled maintenance at the agreed frequency, sanitization of the system at every visit and restoring operation if it stops.
CO₂ refills and spare parts other than the filtration system are separate; adaptations to the plumbing beyond the basic connection are excluded. For seasonal businesses there is a shorter-term option.
The system is yours, with a 24-month warranty on components. Glass parts and removable accessories are excluded, and for warranty work at your premises labour and travel are charged to the customer.
Scheduled maintenance — visit, sanitization and filter change — is agreed with a dedicated contract.
